Bob Zemeckis and I have repeatedly said that we’re not interested in doing either a Part 4 or authorizing a remake. The only creative reason to remake a movie is to improve it in some way, and we think we got BTTF right the first time. We were approached about doing a 3-D conversion of BTTF as well, but we passed on that idea because the movie was never intended to be in 3-D.
